Trinity’s FSD wins Finance Team of the Year at the British Accountancy Awards

Trinity’s Financial Services Division (FSD) was awarded “Finance Team of the Year” at the annual British Accountancy Awards on Wednesday 26th September 2018 from a shortlist that included agricultural investor AgDevCo; bookmakers Paddy Power Betfair; data communication company Smart DCC Limited; agriculture and farming group Woldmarsh Producers Ltd; and the University of Edinburgh.
In April 2018, FSD was also announced as Finance Team of the Year at the Irish Accountancy Awards, having competed with MBS Retail, Fexco and TV3, among others, for the accolade.
Following this most recent success, Ian Mathews, Chief Financial Officer said “I am very proud to say that every member of our team has contributed to our journey over the past 10 years. We have expanded our focus beyond compliance to include strategic vision and insight, becoming the dynamic, high performing finance team we are today and both of these awards provide our team with well-deserved recognition for their hard work and dedication over this sustained period of change”.
