Trinity appoints Peter Reynolds as Chief Financial Officer

Trinity has recently appointed Peter Reynolds as Chief Financial Officer.
Peter has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the University for the last year. He has played a leading role in developing the University’s new strategic plan 2020-2025, and in implementing capital investment programmes and strategic initiatives in the University.

Peter joined Trinity from Eir where he was Group Finance Director for the last six years and where he previously held a number of senior financial leadership roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and started his career with PWC, working in Dublin and Switzerland.
As Chief Financial Officer at Trinity, Peter will provide strategic leadership on all financial, management and investment matters as they relate to the running of the University.
Trinity has ambitious development plans, including a large programme of capital investment in world class infrastructure and facilities, and is leading the establishment of an Innovation District in Dublin at its site at Grand Canal Quay.
Speaking of his appointment, Peter Reynolds said:
