The newly elected members to the Board of Trinity College Dublin following the count which took place today (Thursday 30 June) are:

In addition to the College Officers appointed by the Provost, they will be joined in office by the President, Education Officer and Welfare Officer of the Students’ Union and President of the Graduate Students’ Union. Two additional external members will be nominated at a later date.

The newly elected Board will function from 12 September 2005 – the beginning of the next academic year, and will be chaired by the Provost, Dr. John Hegarty.
