This year is the 75th anniversary of the foundation of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) and the 20th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
The theme for this year's International Week of Deaf People is Declaring Deaf People's Human Rights.
