The EDI Office is available to support staff, students, and visitors in understanding, engaging with, and contributing to the inclusive environment of the university. We can often help by directing enquiries towards useful resources and connecting them with services and colleagues with specific responsibilities for the area in question. Our primary responsibility is overall policy and practice, for individual cases we may recommend a more appropriate point of contact.

Our team does not provide a dedicated walk-in advice service, we are happy to assist enquirers if a team member is available to do so, we recommend contacting us in advance with any query so we can provide the most effective support.
Our office is located in Room 2054, Arts Building. This is on the main concourse opposite the Thomas Davis Lecture Theatre.
Our normal operating hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We do not operate emergency, weekend, or out of hours support. For this, please see our support pages.
