Posted on: 20 November 2008

The new look digital edition of Trinity Today, Trinity’s publication for alumni and friends of the College, was published online this week. It can be viewed at www.tcd.ie/alumni/trinitytoday13.

Commenting on the new online version, Alumni Director John Dillon said: “Trinity Today helps to keep the many thousands of graduates worldwide up to date with recent College news and developments. The new look digital version is an important step towards catering to an ever increasing online based community, as evidenced by the number of graduates receiving the online newsletter.

Highlights from this edition include: the launch of the world’s first Science Gallery at Trinity College; 50 years of Genetics at Trinity; the pioneering Trinity course for people with intellectual disabilities; student news; a report on the hugely successful alumni campaign Save the Treasures; alumni branch news; the year in pictures; class notes; an interview with alumnus Terry Neill; sports news; and more.

The next issue will be despatched in October 2009. Any submissions for consideration for this issue should be sent to Trinity Foundation, email: foundation@tcd.ie
