Transcripts are issued for some courses courses by the Academic Registry. Requests should be made using the online transcript request form. Some transcripts will only be available from your department.
The Service Desk has a number of application forms for documents or record change requests. The relevant application should be completed and returned to the Academic Registry.
Award parchments are issued to students at degree and diploma award ceremonies. Duplicates can be ordered from the Academic Registry.
Students wishing to request specific documents or certificates can do so through the Service Desk.
The Academic Registry holds records dating back to the foundation of the university, and can assist with genealogical enquiries.
Grants from local Grant Authorities are distributed at the Service Desk.
Student ID cards are issued to students at the beginning of their course of study. Replacement ID cards are issued at the Service Desk.
Students wishing to update their personal details can do so at the Service Desk by completing the necessary forms and submitting supporting documents.
The Service Desk is the public face of the Academic Registry. The team provides an integrated service for prospective students, current students and graduates of Trinity College. The Service Desk can assist with queries concerning application and admissions, registration and record management, student finance, postgraduate studies and examinations.
