Project Aims
The project will deliver the feasibility of running exams on campus, assist with the operations of conducting exams in multiple venues, assist with the identification of new campus venues, cost analysis, etc.

Graduation Process

The focus of this project is to ensure that our Graduation ceremony and its operations are seamless and transparent.
Project Aims
The project will deliver a lean process to enhance student and staff experience, which includes but not limited to time of graduation for student, registering for graduation ceremony, outstanding debt collection, assigned slot for graduation and opting out of graduation.

Foundation Scholarship Process

Project Overview
The purpose of this project is to review the Foundation Scholarship end-to-end process which includes Exams, Finance and Student Cases teams across the Academic Registry.
Project Aims
The project will identify the areas for process improvement in order to gain efficiency, ensure end-to-end process documentation and detailed process maps are in place for the respective teams.

Publication of fee schedules

The focus of this project is to revise the method/format of publication of fee schedules (to include course codes) which is currently a PDF document on the website.
Project Aims
The project will create a dynamic table where fees for UG, PG and Micro credential courses can be filtered based on a number of criteria. This will enhance the student and staff experience when looking up the fees for a particular course.

The project will deliver a streamlined approach for the Fee Derogation process which eliminates the use of email for sharing spreadsheets and maintaining version control of a large volume of spreadsheets.

Postgraduate Admissions Application Form

Project Overview
The purpose of this project is to review the current reference process that was implemented as a part of the new application system.
The Academic Registry Service Desk has seen an increase in volume of queries coming from the applicants for resending the reference link to referees or amend the referee information.
Project Aims
The project will deliver a new batch job to send a reminder to the applicants when references are still pending.
This email will provide the applicant the option to resend or amend the referee information.
