Funding Opportunities

While there is no internal funding specific to the MPhil in Philosophy, students are encouraged to explore a range of external scholarships and awards that can support postgraduate study at Trinity College Dublin. European Excellence Awards

These awards provide a €2,000 contribution towards tuition fees for postgraduate taught programmes at Trinity. Applicants are assessed based on academic achievement and potential to contribute to the Trinity community.

This scholarship supports Irish citizens, UK citizens of Northern Ireland, and non-EEA citizens with permanent leave to remain in Ireland or Northern Ireland. It provides full funding for a Master’s degree in Europe, the UK, the US, or Canada, including tuition, travel, and living expenses.
