Online Mindfulness Drop In Sessions

In an effort to support and connect our whole Trinity community of staff, students and alumni during this challenging time we will offer a weekly drop-in mindfulness practice group at 1pm for 30 minutes every Wednesday until the end of the summer. This is an opportunity to take a break for ourselves, to mind our mental health and spend a few moments to nurture and replenish our minds and bodies with our colleagues and peers.
To join one of the sessions you need to download Zoom onto your device first. When you click on the link you will be brought to a zoom waiting room and the teacher will admit you. All participants will be muted during the practice and you can leave your camera on or off and therefore join from anywhere. If you have a noisy house or disturbances in the background you don't need to worry about it as you will be muted and if anyone else in the house would like to join in they are welcome to also. At the end you'll have an opportunity to unmute and say something or just listen and log off so you don't need to worry about securing a quiet space to join us and can just show up in the midst of whatever is going on.
