Active Breaks

Adding some movement into our day and avoiding periods of prolonged sitting are two simple and effective ways of improving health and mental alertness.

Why not encourage your students or colleagues to take an active break during lectures or meetings by incorporating a short exercise video (4 minutes duration) into your presentation?
