Online Mindfulness Drop In Sessions
In an effort to support and connect our whole Trinity community of staff, students and alumni during these challenging times, we will offer a weekly drop-in mindfulness practice group at 1pm for 30 minutes every Wednesday. This is an opportunity to take a break for ourselves, to mind our mental health and spend a few moments to nurture and replenish our minds and bodies with our colleagues and peers.
To join one of the sessions you need to use Zoom on your device. All participants will be muted during the practice and you can leave your camera on or off and therefore join from anywhere. At the end you'll have an opportunity to unmute and say something or just listen and log off.
