The open access volume “Transforming Gender Equality and Inclusion Within Higher Education in Ireland: Contemporary Perspectives” was launched by former Minister, Mary Mitchell O’Connor at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, on 29 October 2025. Engagement with this open access volume stands at 19,000 since it went live at the end of August. Specific reference was made to the chapter on disability as an intersectional matter (co-authored by Patricia McCarthy, Vivian Rath (both School of Education).
