Over two days of presentations, workshops, and plenary sessions we shared with our colleagues the current priorities, challenges, and successes in creating an inclusive environment in our universities. Trinity was lucky to have a large contingent this year, including our EDI Office, our Dignity, Respect, and Consent Service, and visiting colleagues from the University of Würzburg and University of Wuppertal in Germany. Some of the highlight sessions that our team contributed to included:
An intersectional campus space assessment tool: developing and piloting Trinity’s EDI Space Review (Mac Sizeland and Joel McKeever)
Higher Education Institutions as Places for People: Inclusive Infrastructures to Support Intersectionality in HEIs (Lorraine Leeson)
Plenary - Ending Sexual Violence and Harassment (Rachel Skelly)
Plenary - The Impact of the EDI Office on Irish Higher Education (Siobán O'Brien Green)
