Risk Critical organisations are driven by the need to improve safety, efficiency, compliance, and mitigate against risk. Human Factors is an interdisciplinary area of psychology that focuses on human error, human capability, workplace safety and culture. Human Factors training has the capacity to build on the tacit knowledge and experience of employees to explore how to deal effectively with risk critical situations.
As an industry leader in addressing safety, quality, reliability and improvement in organisations we deliver Human Factors training to aviation, pharmaceutical ,healthcare, emergency services, financial services, maritime, transport and process industries. For example in Aviation, the sector leads in developing innovative solutions to systemic safety and risk issues, through safety management and Human Factors.
