Biography
Dr Naomi Algeo is a Post-Doctoral Researcher and Adjunct Assistant Professor under the Discipline of Occupational Therapy, Trinity College Dublin. In 2022, she was awarded as Clinical Lead, the Irish Cancer Society Allied Health Professional Award alongside Prof Deirdre Connolly (Academic Lead), for their study, 'Identifying support needs of adolescents and young adult cancer survivors for successful return to education and/or work'. Her clinical and research interests include cancer-related fatigue, education/work reintegration post-cancer, and self-management. She chairs the Trinity St James's Cancer Institute Cancer Survivorship Network, and has sat on the WHO Development Group for Cancer Rehabilitation.
