Your Voice Matters – Ways to Get Involved

We are committed to involving patients and members of the public in our research. This type of research is called Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) and means that patients, service users, families members, and communities get to decide:

  • What topic should be studied
  • How research is designed and carried out
  • How results should be shared with the people who need them

As a newly established Centre, we aim to place patient and public involvement at the heart of our research. In the months ahead, we will create opportunities for people to contribute to our work, share their experiences, and help shape our research themes. Contact us to get involved.
