Who is this course for?

This course will be of interest to individuals who wish to progress their careers through acquiring valuable social data analysis skills that are widely sought after in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Participants are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools to identify and reflect on the ethical challenges raised by the use of social data and to formulate guidelines for the ethical use of social data.

This course is delivered by Dr. William Ratoff, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Trinity College Dublin. Dr. Ratoff's primary research interests lie in moral philosophy - especially the ethics of A.I. and the philosophy of mind and of cognitive science.
