Healthy Habits Course

Physical activity and healthy eating - behaviour change course

Would you like to be part of a group getting more active and eating more whole, colourful foods? Why not join our Healthy Habits course?

College Health and Trinity Sport will run a four week course as follows:

When: Starting Tuesday, 18th Jan 2022 for four weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Where: Online except for the last exercise class which will be an on-campus celebration

In January 2022, we will run workshops for four weeks. They encourage you to set a health goal that's important to you. For some that will be, "I want to stop eating so much junk food", for others it will be "I want to run a marathon". Either is fine. You will work with a group to figure out how motivated and confident you feel about change and what barriers you need to overcome to make the change you're aiming for.

Thursdays: online exercise classes

On Thursdays, we'll have a weekly exercise class for participants. The course participants can suggest what type of exercise we shoudl do each week. It will be online, free and all are welcome. The final Thursday (10th Feb) will be an on campus exercise class to celebrate the end of the course. Participants will choose what the exercise will be.
