New 3D-printed Material Offers Lower-carbon Route for Construction

A team from Trinity Engineering has shown that a cement-free geopolymer made partly from local industrial waste can be mixed, pumped and 3D printed at scale. The trial points to new opportunities for reducing construction-related emissions while creating productive uses for industrial residues.
