Module Enrolment

Module Enrolment is what we call the process you follow to sign up to your classes. You should already have completed Online Module Enrolment. However, there will be an Amendment Period in January to fix any issues with your module choices. Both the Module Enrolment and Module Removal Forms will reopen and be available on the Module Enrolment page from 12pm Monday January 13th until 5pm Friday January 31st. As well as checking the Timetable page for your Orientation Timetable, do make sure to check the Module Enrolment page to learn more about the process. Students will also be sent a reminder email closer to the Amendment Period, and Module Enrolment sessions held during Orientation Week will provide further guidance.

Which Visiting Student Cohort Do I Belong To?

It is important to understand which Visiting Student cohort you belong to, as this will have an impact on the fee, credit, and paperwork requirements for your time here. Certain Orientation sessions are held specifically for particular Visiting Student cohorts in order to ensure that everyone receives the information that is most relevant for them.

The term 'Visiting Students' refers to all students who study at Trinity for either a single Semester or an Academic Year, but do not complete their degree at Trinity.

Erasmus/EU Students

  • Erasmus Students join us via an Erasmus Exchange Agreement that Trinity has with their home university. They are hosted by a specific School/Department and do not pay fees to Trinity.

Non-EU Exchange/Study Abroad Students

  • Exchange Students come through a Non-EU Exchange Agreement that Trinity has with their home university and do not pay fees.
  • Study Abroad Students are direct entry applicants from a non-EU university with no Exchange Agreement with Trinity. They are required to pay fees.
    • Students Coming Through An Agency fall under the Study Abroad category, but the agent applies on tehir behalf and is invoiced for the student's fees.
