Please note that this timetable is subject to change over the coming weeks, please check back to ensure you have the right one. In-person sessions will be livestreamed and recordings made available afterwards.

Your Schools and Departments may host module information & enrolment sessions for you to attend in order for you to choose your appropriate curriculum. Details of module options can be found on the Module Enrolment page. If your School is hosting a module enrolment information session, it will be added to the timetable below so please check this page regularly so you don't miss out.

Orientation Week for Visiting/Study Abroad, Erasmus, or Exchange students arriving in September 2024 will take place 2nd - 6th September 2024. Your Orientation Timetable will appear here in August.

January Orientation for all Visiting, Study Abroad and Erasmus students will be from Monday 15th - Friday 19th January 2024, with a small number of events scheduled for the week of 22nd January.

You should already have completed Online Module Enrolment. There will be an amendment period in January to fix any issues with your module choices. Both the Module Enrolment and Module Removal form will reopen and be available on the Module Enrolment page from Monday January 15th at 12pm until Monday January 22nd at 5pm. Students will be sent a reminder email closer to the time, and Module Enrolment sessions held during Orientation week will provide further guidance on the process.

ID Card Collection: The Academic Registry will contact you through my.tcd.ie to let you know how to collect your Trinity student ID card (TCard).

Am I an Erasmus student or a Visiting student?

Certain Orientation Week sessions are held specifically for Erasmus or Visiting students.

Erasmus students are students who are enrolled at higher-education institutions within the European Union who visit Trinity for either a semester or a full academic year. Their study at Trinity is subject to an Erasmus Agreement.*

*Students from a select number of institutions outside the EU may also visit Trinity on an Erasmus Agreement, and thus be considered Erasmus students.

Visiting students are students who are enrolled at higher-education institutions outside of the European Union, whose one-semester or one-year visit to Trinity is not subject to an Erasmus Agreement. Visiting students might also be referred to as 'Study Abroad' or 'Exchange' students.
