A wholehearted thank you to our past and present students for a most enjoyable Gradlink launch in Dublin Dental University Hospital last Thursday evening.
Gradlink is our annual mentoring programme whereby alumni very generously offer their time and guidance to students on navigating their careers.
During the evening, hosted by Dean of Dental Affairs and Head of School Professor Alison Dougall, mentees spoke about their hopes and concerns after graduation, while mentors shared their experiences and their love of helping students take their first professional steps.
Over the next year, the mentors and mentees will meet up to discuss a range of topics from finding jobs and reviewing a CV, to exploring further study and being introduced to new colleagues.
