Overview

There are range of digital learning technologies available at Trinity. The page below is intended to give academic staff a brief overview of some of these technologies and provide quick access to related guides and material. For more details on the technologies available in Trinity's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), please visit IT Services' VLE pages.

For training, usage or technical queries in relation to Blackboard or its integrated tools such as Turnitin, Panopto etc., please contact IT Services via itservicedesk@tcd.ie.

Other Learning Technologies

The technologies listed below allow you to create more advanced multimedia material for use within your Blackboard module. Licences are available for purchase through College via Micromail. For some programs such as Camtasia, you can try a 30-day trial to see if they are of use to you before purchasing a licence.

→ Please note, neither IT Services or the Centre for Academic Practice provide training/support for these tools.
