Introducing Palaeontology: a guide to ancient life by Patrick Wyse Jackson was first published in 2010 and was reprinted four times. A new second expanded edition has been published by Dunedin Academic Press, Edinburgh. Liberally illustrated with photographs, many of fossil specimens from the College’s Geological Museum, and with drawings by John Murray (NUIG), this new book brings the science up-to-date and includes a new section on digital photography.
