My specific interests include: · Rural groundwater quality problems, particularly nutrients and synthetic organic compounds · Groundwater vulnerability assessment and protection schemes · Karst hydrogeology and karst groundwater protection · Phosphorus loss to surface waters by different hydrological pathways · Groundwater - surface water interactions and integrated catchment management
