Facilities

The Trinity Centre for the Environment houses dedicated laboratory and field-based research facilities that support a wide range of environmental research activities. Our infrastructure includes specialist spaces for sample preparation, nutrient analysis, and advanced analytical work, as well as project-based laboratories that can be adapted to support specific research needs. 

We also maintain field equipment to support environmental data collection, including UAV-based sensors and instruments for geophysical and atmospheric measurements. A details list of research equipment can be found on our research infrastructure webpage. These facilities primarily support research within the School of Natural Sciences at Trinity College Dublin, but we welcome enquiries from researchers and organisations beyond Trinity who are interested in accessing our facilities, expertise, or analytical services.
