Forest Bathing & Yoga in Trinity College Botanic Gardens – 19th of June 2026

Step away from the busyness of the week and join us for a gentle morning of nature, movement, and stillness in the beautiful setting of the Trinity College Botanic Gardens in Dartry.

This workshop combines guided forest bathing with an outdoor yoga session, creating a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore both body and mind. Surrounded by trees, seasonal blooms, and the quiet rhythm of the gardens, we will move, breathe, and simply be.

We begin with a guided forest bathing session led by Dr Kamila Kwasniewska, inviting you to fully arrive in the space through simple sensory practices and moments of stillness. There is no rush - just time to notice, to soften, and to reconnect with nature in your own way.

We then transition into a gentle yoga practice led by Lucy McCabe, suitable for all levels, designed to complement the forest bathing experience's calm and grounding. The session will be held outdoors (weather permitting), allowing you to move and stretch in the fresh air, supported by the natural surroundings.

We close the morning with a tea ceremony and homemade vegan treats in a private space within the gardens - an opportunity to relax, reflect, and ease back into the rest of your day.
