Summer Nature Connection Workshop Friday - 29th of August 2025
Dr Kamila Kwasniewska, plant scientist, certified forest bathing guide, and ikebana practitioner, works towards connecting people with nature through five pathways: senses, emotion, beauty, meaning and compassion.
Join her for a rejuvenating Summer Nature Connection Workshop, where you’ll discover new ways to foster a deep, emotional connection with the natural world and welcome the peaceful ease of late summer. Through the mindful practice of forest bathing, we will immerse ourselves in the sensory richness of the season, enhancing our well‑being, creativity, and presence.
To honour the season of fullness and light, Kamila will guide you in creating a Summer Ikebana floral arrangement, a meditative, nature-inspired practice rooted in Japanese tradition. Working with summer’s rich textures and vivid colours, you’ll craft a living expression of seasonal harmony and presence.

This was a wonderful experience of mindfulness in nature and with flowers – in an amazing 'secret' location in Dublin. Kamila created a very thoughtful and well-planned day. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing and peaceful experience, and the host was lovely and very kind. I really enjoyed every single minute. I want to try this again. The Autumn Pumpkin Flower arrangement was also really fun and therapeutic.

I did a forest bathing workshop with Kamila last week. She made our little group feel immediately welcome, bringing us her own herbal tea and vegan treats! It was wonderful to take some time to reconnect with nature and with our own inner selves. In our chaotic, fractured world, a day with Kamila brings peace and harmony. I’ll be back!
