Trinity's Institutional Review (CINNTE)

Trinity's Institutional Review (CINNTE) will take place from the 7 - 11 March 2022.

QQI organises and oversees independent reviews of each of the Universities, the Institutes of Technology and RCSI. Each review is carried out by an international team of independent experts and peers, who review the institution's education and training provision to ensure that agreed quality standards are being met.

As well as reviewing the quality of education, training and research, the CINNTE review will look at how well each institution's internal quality assurance procedures are working and identify areas for improvements.

The findings from the institutional review will published in a CINNTE Review Report on the QQI website.

A number of supporting documents have been produced by QQI outlining the review process:

An Institutional Self-Evaluation Team (ISET) has been established to oversee the development of the Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER), the Case Studies Report, the schedule of meetings for the review and an all-staff survey 'We value your Opinion of Quality in Trinity'. The ISET will also approve the Annual Quality Report (AFR) to QQI. The governance structure and approval process can be found here.
