Prof. Jane Stout
Vice President for Biodiversity and Climate Action
Jane oversees the Trinity Sustainability office and leads on strategic decisions regarding sustainability initiatives such as Trinity's Sustainability Policy, Strategy and Action Plan and other risk and compliance requirements. She plays a role in advocating for, educating on and being the voice of sustainability within and outside Trinity, building partnerships and collaborations locally, nationally and internationally.

Laetitia Deering
Office Administration Lead
As office Administration Lead, Laetitia works for the Provost’s Office and the Trinity Sustainability Office. She is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the Trinity Sustainability Office, as well as providing direct support to the Vice-President for Biodiversity & Climate Action. She will also give high level administrative support to the Environment & Sustainability Committee for which the VPBCA is the secretary.

Jane Hackett
Sustainability Manager
Jane leads the Sustainability team and is responsible for implementing Trinity's Sustainability Strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. She drives cultural and behavioural change through staff training, project development and key engagement initiatives, including the Sustainability Leadership Awards, Climate & Biodiversity Action Week and Green Week. Jane oversees the delivery of plans covering sustainable transport, biodiversity, events, and student engagement.

Dumitru Anton
Green Labs Officer
Dumitru focuses on reducing the environmental footprint of laboratories. He concentrates on water use, waste, and energy efficiency, as well as the many other factors that impact lab sustainability. The goal is to support researchers in maintaining high-quality science while minimizing environmental impact.

Communications Officer
Katie communicates the team's progress in making Trinity's research, education, community and operations more sustainable with regard to climate, biodiversity and health. She creates content for internal and external audiences that aims to spread awareness, build momentum and inspire action.

Sarah Murphy
Sustainability Assistant
Sarah coordinates key events, student-led initiatives and committees that promote both awareness of and action on climate, biodiversity, and health-related sustainability issues. Her work focuses on event delivery, stakeholder engagement and communications to advance Trinity’s vision of embedding sustainability across campus.

Martina Mullin
Healthy Campus Manager
Martina’s goal is to make it easy to be healthy in Trinity and beyond. She’s led projects like Tobacco Free Trinity and worked with Catering to remove subsidies on plant-based milks. Martina works with staff to promote health in the curriculum and throughout campus and she supports students in running initiatives that engage their peers in healthy behaviours.

Collie Ennis
Biodiversity Officer
Collie works to protect and enhance nature across our campus. He supports staff and students by creating spaces that are good for wildlife and people, from ponds and meadows to biodiversity walks and workshops. His role also reaches beyond the gates of Trinity, helping position the University as a leader in sustainability and biodiversity across the wider community.

The Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Fellows are working across Trinity to identify relevant competencies for sustainability and the pedagogical approaches which support their development. They are co-creating a shared vision for ESD as part of Trinity undergraduate and postgraduate education. The Fellows are mapping existing ESD provision at Trinity including integration of ESD concepts and pedagogical approaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
