Niamh Donnelly

Biography
Niamh graduated from her undergraduate studies in Geography and Sociology at Trinity College in 2017. She was awarded a Trinity Gold Medal for exceptional academic performance. She pursued her Master diploma in Global Development Studies, for which she was the recipient of an Erasmus Mundus scholarship award funded by the European Commission. She graduated with a Joint Masters Degree from Palacky University Olomouc, Czech Republic; University of Clermont Auvergne, France; and University of Pavia, Italy. Her professional background is in community development and project management, with voluntary activities in international youth work, non-formal education and environmental activism. Her research interests include Gender, Climate Justice and Migration Studies. She is currently a programme coordinator for Dublin-based NGO, the SCOOP Foundation. She is the postgraduate student representative for the DU Geographical Society and one of the student supervisors for the Freeman Library.
