Research Groups

In Botany, we research across the discipline from Paleoecology to Plant-Climate Interactions, and Urban Ecology. Research in Botany addresses many issues of global importance for sustainability, including food and energy security, climate change and the consequences of biodiversity loss. We aim to challenge students intellectually, to foster and maintain world-class research and teaching in a supportive and collegial atmosphere.
