How can I get involved?

Our Teaching Communities bring together staff from across disciplines to share ideas, challenges, and innovations in teaching and learning. These communities create spaces for meaningful dialogue, peer support, and collaborative exploration of evidence-informed practices.

Whether you're new to teaching or an experienced educator, joining a teaching community is a powerful way to connect with colleagues, stay inspired, and grow your practice in a supportive environment.

We host a range of community-based initiatives, from informal meetups to themed forums and lunchtime seminars, each designed to foster connection, curiosity, and creativity in teaching.

Our next GenAI Brown Bag will take place during Academic Integrity week (13th-17th October 2025).

We invite all teaching staff who are interested in exploring, or have already explored, the use of GenAI to support student learning, to to join us in a welcoming, informal, safe, and inclusive space to share, and learn from, each other's experiences.

See our workshops and events pages for further details, date and time to be confirmed.
