TJH Pathways for Prospective Students

Trinity Joint Honours students will make a number of decisions on what they will study and how many credits they will study of it during their programme. Students will undertake 60 credits/ECTS in each academic year, with 30 credits/ECTS studies each semester.

In the first year of your programme, you will study your two subjects equally with 30 credits/ECTS taken across the year.

For the second year of your programme you will select one of three available pathways. It is important to note that some subjects are restricted in which pathways they can offer and you may wish to enquire about this either to the subject or contact us directly.

Ahead of your 3rd year in Trinity Joint Honours, you will define the award type you wish to graduate with. The award types available to you will depend upon the structure you chose for your studies in Year 2.

For more detailed information please see documents relating to Years 1 & 2 Structures and Years 3 & 4 Structures. Please feel free to also reach out to us with questions.
