As one of Ireland's most esteemed and enduring architectural accolades, the RIAI Awards recognize outstanding achievements in design and innovation. Being chosen as the winner by such a distinguished group of peers and industry leaders is a tremendous honour.
This project was extra special as it was the last project our friend and colleague, Derek Waters, worked on as Project Lead before his retirement in March.
Massive thanks to all involved in the project including Howley Hayes Cooney Architects (Conservation), APNA Quantity Surveyors & Fitzsimons Consulting Engineers. Also, the main contractor was Murcom with their specialist sub-contractors - Oldstone Conservation, Bushy Park Ironworks, Custom Crew & Connect Scaffolding.
Derek Waters and Monica Janson were at the awards representing Estates and Facilities, and they were joined by Anne Lise Olivier, Lucy O’Connor and James Howley from HHC Architecture (pictured below)
Congratulations to all!
