We had huge interest in our first “Going the Extra Mile” initiative which saw 12 different colleagues nominated across 33 nominations. In reviewing the nominees, we could not separate two excellent candidates and so, we are delighted to announce that TWO winners have been picked.
Paul Staunton
Paul is our Logistics / Housekeeping Facilities Operative and was recognised under the criteria of ‘Team Contribution’, ‘Customer Service Excellence’ and ‘Reliability of Service Delivery’. It was Paul’s particular efforts supporting our Summer Business with Accommodation that made him a worthy winner.
Zach Oliveira
Zach is our Houseman in Premises Area 1 and was recognised under the criteria of ‘GEM Behaviours’, ‘Customer Service Excellence’ and ‘Safety Leadership’’. Zach’s consistent level of excellence in the quality of this work and his ever-present support to colleagues made him another worthy winner.
