Internal communications in Trinity College Dublin connects people to what we do at Trinity and why it matters. We do this through a number of communication channels, including T-Net, the staff intranet which was launched in 2021. Staff members can access T-Net here. Visit T-Net to get news updates from across campus, practical how-to guides to help you with your work, and hear from your colleagues about their jobs, hobbies and interests.
In collaboration with the Human Resources team, we issue the Weekly Wrap-Up online newsletter to keep staff informed of news from across the Trinity community and celebrate our colleagues’ achievements. In addition, we manage the following internal communications channels - the digital information screens, events calendar and community news items on the Trinity website. We also produce corporate publications such as the university's annual report and the information booklet for new scholars.
We are involved with event management for key strategic events for the university and provide event management advice for colleagues and student societies. This includes liaising with Ministerial offices regarding official invitations and visits. If you would like to promote your Trinity event to the college community, we can assist you.
Our work includes managing requests for filming, broadcasting and photocalls on campus.
