  • Neck and back pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Post-trauma and surgery rehab
  • Posture and tension related problems
  • Stress management

Treating and Preventing Injury

The physiotherapist can assess your posture and your daily habits when using technology and identify actions you can take to prevent or treat symptoms caused by poor posture and repetitive strain.  To have an overall postural assessment and get relevant advice early can prevent injuries down the line.

Acupuncture

The physiotherapist can offer acupuncture for musculoskeletal problems and for general relaxation purposes.

Ethos

Physiotherapy in general is moving towards a more active approach – giving everybody responsibility for their own health and advising on an active and healthy lifestyle.
Appointments can also be made for preventative purpose such as a chat regarding lifestyle and how to become more active, what exercises to choose, what the guidelines for active lifestyle are. We take a holistic view to your health and will help to find YOU the solutions to gain your ultimate health and fitness!
