VTP Careers with Meaning Spring 2019

Join the VTP for an evening of inspiration and information about exciting and purposeful career opportunities in the not-for-profit, NGO, and social entrepreneurship sectors!

Careers With Purpose is an exciting opportunity for you to meet professionals working in a diverse range of fields ranging from education, to poverty alleviation, housing and other social justice issues.

Beginning with a speed chat session, you will have the opportunity to ask the organisations in attendance any questions you may have about pursuing a career in their respective fields in an informal setting. Following this, our networking reception will allow for the exchange of ideas, experience and information about current available opportunities. We also hope you can make the most of this opportunity to exchange contact details with our guests, from which mentorship opportunities may also arise.

Examples of some of the organisations currently confirmed to attend include Oxfam, The Peter McVerry Trust, For Purpose, Dublin Simon Community, Enactus Ireland, The Hope Foundation, Amnesty International, Barretstown, ShoutOut, Connecting Nature, Concern, the Irish Refugee Council, Suas, Trinity Access Programmes and more.
