Maguire Cluster
The new Accelerated computing solution comprises 24 H200 NVIDIA GPU’s in a 3 node configuration of 8GPU’s and associated server hardware as well as a HPE Cray C500 (2 PetaByte) secure storage solution and associated operational software.
GPU: 24 × NVIDIA H200 (141 GB HBM3e each) → ~96 PFLOPS (FP8) aggregate and ~3.38 TB of total GPU memory (141 GB × 24).
Cost per GPU/hr: €100-200, depending on usage
Storage: HPE Cray C500 (2 PetaByte) secure storage solution
€1,200 per user for up to 1 TB per year with a 7 year minimum for clinical data or for other data payable in advance in 3 year chunks
TCIN facilitates access to advanced research and diagnostic technologies as well as to patient populations, biosamples, and genotyping required for translational Neuroscience, largely created by clinical PIs based in St James, St Patrick's and Tallaght Hospitals.
