On Friday, September 22nd, Tangent, Trinity’s Ideas Workspace, hosted a vibrant and successful event as part of the National Culture Night festivities. From 4:30 PM until 10:00 PM, attendees were treated to an evening filled with creativity, connection, and innovation.

The event featured three engaging workshops. Shay Butler led the way with his workshop, "From Strangers to Friends in 45 Minutes." Participants embraced diversity and discovered that despite their differences, common ground could always be found, fostering connections that surpassed boundaries.

Paula's workshop, "Failing Forward," encouraged participants to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success. Attendees delved into the intricacies of mindset and inner voice, emerging with newfound insights and resilience.

Maeve brought an element of fun and entrepreneurship to the evening with her gamified workshop, "The Entrepreneurial Journey." Participants enjoyed inventing their own companies and pitching their ideas to our discerning investors, gaining hands-on experience in the world of startups.

As the night drew to a close, attendees were treated to a mesmerising performance by Analog On, an experimental electronic music ensemble that captivated the audience with their compositions performed on vintage analogue electronics and modular synthesisers.

The resounding success of Culture Night at Tangent has left everyone eagerly anticipating the next celebration in 2024. Stay tuned for more innovation, diversity, and connection!
