Adjusting to Learning at University Academic Support Group

This group is intended for students starting out in university, students who may not have studied in a while, undergraduate students returning from a period of time off-books or anyone who wants to brush up on their academic skills in a group-based setting. Themes covered include academic writing, building a study routine, managing your workload, and exam preparation.

 

When: Weekly from from Thurs 12th Feb 2026, for 10 weeks, 11.00 - 12.00. 

Where: Group Therapy Room, 3rd floor 7-9 South Leinster St. (opposite Insomnia Café)

Who: Students who would like to improve their study skills (time management, study strategies, completing assessments) this term, students who may not have studied in a while or are returning from a period of time off-books.
