The Trinity Long Room Hub, in partnership with the School of Religion, Theology and Peace Studies, is delighted to host Pathways to Peace and Sustainability in a Fractured World, an in-conversation event with Jeffrey Sachs.
Taking place at a moment of profound global uncertainty, this event will explore how pathways to peace, sustainability, and shared prosperity can be forged amid conflict, inequality, and environmental crisis. Drawing on decades of experience in global development, economic policy, and international cooperation, Jeffrey Sachs will reflect on the structural challenges shaping our world today and the possibilities for meaningful, collective action.
The conversation will be moderated by Dr Katherine Zappone, Visiting Research Fellow in the School of Religion, Theology and Peace Studies, whose work sits at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, and social justice.
This event is run in accordance with Trinity’s Dignity and Respect policy, and its commitment to nurturing a respectful and inclusive research culture.
