Please ensure the invoicing details provided at registration are accurate and reviewed with your Accounts Payable/Finance team before submitting your booking.
Key information:
- Invoices are issued in Euro only.
- A Purchase Order (PO) number may be required by your organisation’s Accounts Payable team. Please confirm this internally before booking.
- Trinity College Dublin can issue invoices to one email address only. We recommend providing a shared finance/accounts payable email where possible.
- Employers using external supplier portals or vendor onboarding systems may be asked to pay via credit card/PayPal instead of invoice, as supplier setup processes can be lengthy for one-off event participation.
- Once an invoice has been issued, changes to company details, PO numbers, or invoice information may require cancellation and reissuance of the invoice, which can delay processing.
- Trinity College Dublin is unable to sign employer supplier codes of conduct, vendor compliance agreements, or similar contractual onboarding documents as part of the careers fair registration process.
If you are unsure about your organisation’s invoicing requirements, please check with your Finance or Accounts Payable team before completing your booking.

Student Audience
The Fairs are open to current Trinity students and recent Trinity graduates only, from across all disciplines and programmes. Students from other universities, schools or colleges are not permitted to attend.
Trinity has around 22,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. For sector-specific attendance figures or a breakdown of students by discipline for a particular Fair, please contact the Partnership Development Officer.
Trinity has a diverse, international community with students from over 125 countries, spread across three faculties: Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences; Engineering, Mathematics & Science; and Health Sciences. Students attend our Fairs from all schools across the University.
Attendees include first-year students exploring options, penultimate-year students seeking internships, and final-year students and recent graduates seeking full-time roles.
The fairs are popular events with students. Over the course of the event, you can expect to be kept busy with between 700 – 1,000 students coming through the door depending on the Fair. It’s a good idea to have a minimum of 2 representatives on your stand with a maximum of 5 allowed.
Our students are highly motivated and keen to talk to employers but remember career fairs can be a daunting prospect for many so it's essential to ensure your representatives are friendly, approachable, and well-versed in addressing questions about your organisation and upcoming roles.
When signing up for the fair you will have the option to complete your Fair Profile. This profile serves as a preview for students, allowing them to learn about your organisation and available positions beforehand. You can also link your graduate programs to your fair profile, providing students with valuable insights about the opportunities and graduate programmes you have to offer.
