Steven Gianquitti

Steven Gianquitti is a Partnership Development Officer at Trinity College Dublin, where he focuses on building and strengthening relationships with external partners to enhance graduate recruitment, skills development, and work-based learning opportunities for students.

Steven brings a diverse background spanning secondary and higher education. He began his career as a school counselor and career advisor, supporting students in aligning their academic interests with meaningful postsecondary pathways through internship and cooperative education placements.

He later held leadership roles including Director of Partnerships and Work-Based Learning with Boston Public Schools and Associate Director for Employer Partnerships at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he designed and scaled experiential learning programs and built partnerships with a wide range of employers. He is excited to bring this experience to Trinity and to contribute to supporting student success in an international context.

Steven is passionate about creating inclusive, high-impact partnerships that expand access to internships, career pathways, and future-focused skills for students.
