Before you arrive
Have you registered online and printed out your confirmation slip? NB all registration will take place through the my.tcd.ie portal.
Do you know when and where to go to collect your ID card?
Do you know the times, dates and venues for your orientation events and meetings in Orientation Week? 

During your first week in College
Find out the time, dates and meeting point for your Sports Centre Tour.
Find out how to get a locker if you want one.
Print out your timetable for the first semester, if applicable.
Find out where your first lecture or lab is, or your first meeting with your supervisor.
Find out where the library you need is.
Familiarise yourself with the catalogue.
Find out where the computer rooms are.
Add your laptop to the College computer network.
Find out where to go for help with your laptop.
Find a comfortable on-campus napping spot, e.g Arts Building sofas, edge of cricket pitch….
Emergency number on campus is 01 896 1999 from mobiles, 1999 from College phones.

If you are an international student
Have you opened a bank account with an Irish bank?
Do you have all the documents necessary to register with the Garda National Immigration Bureau (if applicable)?
Do you know where the orientation talk for international students will take place?
