Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms are available during Library opening hours to registered students in groups of two or more who wish to work together on projects and assignments. One signature and ID number required per booking.

Berkeley Library

Location: Berkeley Basement (PDF 46KB)

Booking in person only at the Duty Librarian's Desk, using the dedicated booking PC

Eight bookable rooms available, Rooms 5 and 6 are equipped with a laptop and Smartboard for notetaking

Two casual-use cylindrical rooms also available on an ad-hoc basis

Only one two-hour slot may be booked per group per day

Hamilton Library

Location: Lower Level, adjacent to Photocopying Room (PDF 31KB)

Booking in person only at the Hamilton Service Counter, using the dedicated booking PC

One room available

John Stearne Medical Library

Location: to right of library entrance (PDF 83KB)

Regulations

• No food or drink
• Rooms unoccupied 15 minutes after allotted time will be assigned to other users
• Rooms vacated for lunch will be considered free for re-booking
