Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms are available during Library opening hours to registered students in groups of two or more who wish to work together on projects and assignments.
If you'd like to double-check which room was booked for your team, select the relevant Library from the list on the booking page, choose the date and then click "Confirmed Bookings".
This shows the active bookings for your chosen Library on the date in question. You can find specific bookings by searching for your "group name".
Please note: if no group name was entered when the original booking was made, you will not be able to use the "Confirmed Bookings" feature to identify the correct room.

Berkeley Library
Location: Berkeley Basement (PDF 101KB)
Eight bookable rooms available, Rooms 5 and 6 are equipped with a laptop and Smart Board for notetaking. Instructions on using the Smart Board are available in each room itself and online (PDF 1.15MB).
Two casual-use cylindrical rooms also available on an ad-hoc basis

Hamilton Library

Booking in person only at the Hamilton Service Counter, using the dedicated booking PC

Regulations
- No food or drink
- Rooms unoccupied 15 minutes after allotted time will be assigned to other users
- Rooms vacated for lunch will be considered free for re-booking
