Summer Schools 2017
3 day course on Managing Yourself & Leading Your Team (20-22 September 2017)
This three day training course is aimed at providing key team management and leadership skills to newly promoted team leaders and middle level management. The course will offer a rigorous but very practical approach to understanding and facilitating people management skills. The content of the course is based on the outputs of industry based research and will be facilitated by experienced researchers and trainers.
